Getting started

How can I contact a supplier?

Open a service detail page and use the contact form or quick action buttons (phone, email, WhatsApp when available).

How do I save favorites?

When logged in, click the heart icon on services you want to compare later. You can review all saved items in your favorites section.

Who can use organizer tools?

Organizer tools are available only for users registered as Organizer. These include Events, Budget, Notes, Vision Board, Guest Lists, Playbooks, Tasks and Checklists.

Can I use the platform in multiple languages?

Yes. Mounasaba supports multiple locales and keeps the selected language in the URL, for example /en/... or /nl/...

Suppliers & promotions

Where can suppliers learn about advertising packages?

Suppliers can view package and promotion details on the Advertise page. The page explains visibility benefits, package levels and practical recommendations.
