Cancellation and refunds
Paid platform products such as supplier subscriptions, add-ons or Planner Pass products are charged in advance unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
1. Cancelling recurring products
If a paid product renews automatically, you can cancel the next renewal before the new billing period starts. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period already invoiced.
2. Refunds
Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable after activation or use of the service, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or unless Mounasaba decides otherwise in a specific case.
3. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice, contact support@mounasaba.com with the relevant billing details so we can review the case.
4. Agreements between organizers and suppliers
Payments, cancellations and refunds relating to agreements between organizers and suppliers are arranged directly between those parties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
