Terms & Conditions of Mounasaba
1. Definitions
- Platform: https://mounasaba.com
- User: every visitor or account holder on the platform
- Supplier: provider offering services through the platform
- Organizer: user looking for services or planning tools
- Services: all services, subscriptions and platform features offered through the platform
- Content: all text, images, reviews, messages and other information posted by users
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every use of the platform and to all services made available by Mounasaba.

3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential and are responsible for activity on their account.
4. Platform use
It is not permitted to post misleading information, send spam, infringe third-party rights, manipulate reviews or misuse the platform.
5. Profiles and content
Suppliers remain responsible for their profiles, services, pricing, availability and content. Mounasaba may moderate, edit, restrict or remove content when necessary.
6. Role of the platform
The platform facilitates discovery, contact, requests, planning and communication. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Mounasaba is not a party to agreements concluded between suppliers and organizers.
7. Leads, requests and bookings
Organizers can submit requests and suppliers may respond. Any agreement regarding price, scope, delivery or booking is concluded directly between the relevant parties.
8. Payments
The platform may offer free and paid products for suppliers and organizers, including subscriptions, add-ons or additional visibility. Current prices, included features and billing conditions are shown on the platform before purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Mounasaba does not process or guarantee payments between suppliers and organizers.
9. Intellectual property
Users grant Mounasaba a non-exclusive licence to display and use submitted content for operating, promoting and improving the platform. The platform design, branding and software remain the property of Mounasaba or its licensors.
10. Reviews
Reviews must be honest, relevant and based on real experiences. Fake reviews, manipulation and abuse are prohibited. Mounasaba may moderate or remove reviews.
11. Suspension and termination
Mounasaba may suspend, restrict or remove accounts in case of breaches of these terms, abuse, fraud or security risks.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mounasaba is not liable for indirect damage, loss caused by platform use, or conduct, availability, quality or performance of other users.
13. Indemnity
Users indemnify Mounasaba against third-party claims resulting from their use of the platform, their content or their breach of these terms.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
17. Competent court
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
